The Oscars' 2014 ceremony has finally arrived, a little more than six weeks after this year's 86th annual Academy Awards nominations were announced. "Gravity" and "American Hustle" paced the field with 10 nominations each, while "12 Years a Slave" finished with nine total nods. It's expected that one of those three films will win Best Picture at the Oscars this year, with "12 Years a Slave," directed by Steve McQueen, standing as the favorite.
The 2014 Oscars, which will be hosted by Ellen DeGeneres, take place at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles. The ceremony is expected to start at 8:30 p.m. ET. A full list of this year's nominees can be found below the live blog:
