Malaysia Airlines flight MH 370 is still missing, after losing communication with air traffic controllers en route from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to Beijing, China.
In a shocking discovery, two of the passengers on board the aircraft are believed to have used stolen passports.
Luigi Maraldi, 37, from Cesena, Italy, and Christian Kozel, of Austria, were listed as being on board the plane by Malaysia Airlines' passenger manifest.
But Maraldi is actually in Thailand, having reported his passport stolen last August, reports the Mirror.
His parent’s have spoken to him and he is very much alive and well.
"I'm alive - I'm in Thailand!" Maraldi said.
Kozel had his passport stolen two years ago in Thailand, and is currently being reported as alive and well by Austrian newspaper De Standard.
This announcement suggests that two of the 227 passengers on flight MH 370 were using a stolen passport.
Search and Rescue teams are currently working to locate the presumed fallen aircraft. Reported by Opposing Views 8 hours ago.
