Public Wi-Fi based on Social hotspots are spreading around as a preferred way to provide internet access, but not all providers base their infrastructure on something robust and really manageable. Tanaza built a cloud-based software that enables solution providers to have what it takes to scale.

Milan, Italy (PRWEB) March 10, 2014

The widespread use of social media made it a necessity for businesses to offer free Wi-Fi, and through this freebie, they wanted to get a wider publicity. Until today, setting up a Social Media Wi-Fi hotspot was quite complex, or required expensive hardware, in most cases provided by Enterprise grade companies (Cisco/Meraki/Aruba), very expensive for small and medium businesses (SMBs), so many of them had to opt out of this marketing tool. To fill this gap, Tanaza created a software that makes it possible for SMBs to upgrade consumer grade Wi-Fi Routers and Access Points, adding Social Login capabilities.

Today, Tanaza extended the family of supported devices, introducing the first Mikrotik unit, the (RB951UI 2HnD http://www.tanaza.com/supported-devices/mikrotik/rb951ui2hnd/) which can be now converted into a Wi-Fi Social hotspot that has cloud-based management capabilities, integrated with 3rd parties hotspot systems, remotely provisioned and managed in real time.

A group of various Managed Solution Providers and Social Hotspot software companies worldwide have been extensively testing the new Social Login capability together with all the cloud-based management features that allow to reduce the cost of operating those networks. Tanaza literally enables solution providers to forget about supporting specific hardware models, IP, walled gardens and other IT related issues, and to focus to build their software and services on top of a Wi-Fi infrastructure that offers operational efficiency, hardware cost reduction and flexibility.
Elton Chin, an IT Consultant that recently discovered the company, defines Tanaza as “the United Nations for Wi-Fi”, envisioning the advantages given by this novel multi-vendor approach that can bring great advantages to solution providers.

“Tanaza is constantly looking for Managed Solution Providers that need a strong technological partner” concludes Sebastiano Bertani, “we want to enable enterprise-class efficiency to anyone that needs to deploy a cost-effective and easily-manageable Wi-Fi network.”
