The new signature dishes all receive the same treatment that customers have come to expect from Da Marino. All of the fresh ingredients in the new dishes come from the same Bronx marketplace that Chef Pasquale has traditionally frequented each morning, although the chef often chooses to use fresh ingredients from his personal garden in the springtime.
Though there have been some changes in the form of additions to the menu, the traditional “Old World” atmosphere of Da Marino remains. Though some restaurants will be forced to remove certain items from the menu in order to add new dishes, such is not the case with Da Marino. All of the dishes that customers have become accustomed to still remain, and the new signature dishes have simply been added. Reported by PRWeb 4 hours ago.
