Amour d’Art, the premier fine art gallery featuring world-renowned artists in Los Gatos, Calif., is continuing its series of “Meet the Artist” events. The gallery is excited to be featuring William Eatmon, who is known for his work in the pointillism genre. He will be appearing in person at 216 N. Santa Cruz Ave. in Los Gatos this August 23 from 5-8 p.m. and August 24 from 1-5 p.m.

Mr. Eatmon will be available to meet collectors and sign and dedicate any of his originals, and will take consignment orders.

“Amour d’Art is honored to welcome the pointillist artist William Eatmon to our gallery,” says Owner/Curator Carrie Scott. “His artwork has received international recognition, and we couldn’t be happier that he has accepted our invitation to exhibit.”

William Eatmon has produced art in many forms since he was eight years of age. His body of work covers a wide range of subjects including universe and cosmology themes, and he has experimented with numerous mediums such as photography, paper art, water colors, pastels, oils, acrylics, mixed media, and cold-cast bronze. He retired from a long and rewarding career in the aerospace industry in 1998, after which he continued to pursue his intense interest in art. Eatmon has recently exhibited his work at the Biennale Interazionale d’Arte Contemporanea in Florence, Italy; the Museo de la Ciudad in Merida, Mexico; the Agora Gallery in Chelsea, New York; and the Coorida Galeria de Design LDA in Lisbon, Portugal.
