The artist Mina Novian is displaying three exquisite oil on canvas works of art at the Fortezza de Basso in Florence Italy, as part of the IX Florence Biennale. The works consist of "Capturing the Goodness of the Day", "Lunch at Froma", and "Illuminated Sunflowers".
Mina's artwork follows the impressionist style, which she creates using mostly a palette knife. This unique technique gives each painting an almost three-dimensional effect. Born in Tehran Iran, Mina was raised in Dumont New Jersey, where as a young child, she developed her talent in communicating through vivid imagery portrayed in her art. As a UCLA graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Design, Mina has continuously evolved in her method of her craft in painting, even until this very day.
Mina is an innovator in her career as an international artist, where she has shown her paintings in different cities worldwide, including New York City, Fort Lauderdale (Florida), Los Angeles, London, Ferrara (Italy), amongst others. Besides traveling for her art shows, she enjoys applying her studies at the Kabbalah Centre International in the messages and meanings she strives to relate in her paintings. She also uses special Aramaic letters, known as the 72 Names of God, in every painting she creates. Each particular Name of God has a special powerful energy which uplifts the energy of the painting, and helps the viewer raise his or her consciousness. Mina's aim through her Kabbalah studies is to reach even the seemingly impossible, including eliminating death forever from the landscape of human kind.
Mina spent valuable time studying under the well known Belgian master art teacher Monique Baudaux, under whom Mina perfected her craft. Nevertheless, Mina is always finding new ways and styles of portraying her gift and talent of using her paint. Mina has proven herself as both an innovator and master artist in figurative, landscape, as well as still life oil on canvas paintings. Mina has also coined a concept called "The Candid Canvas", which uses her special gift of portraying a special moment in a person's life using her skills with paint. This series of projects is based on commissioned works requested from her by any person who wants to transform a picture of a unique moment, like a wedding, engagement, anniversary, experience, cherished moment, etc. into being turned into a valuable artwork. This painting will stay from generation to generation in one's family.
Mina currently sells her original artworks via her personal website, which is http://www.minanovian.com. Reported by PRWeb 58 seconds ago.
